2.) Initial Consultation Approval, Payment, and Scheduling of Consultations
If we determine based on your request that we can help your situation, then you will be contacted to book and schedule your first coaching session with Coach Tom. You will be given payment details for the Initial consultation. All payments for consultation and coaching sessions must be made 1 week prior to having your time officially reserved. We will do our best to offer several times to schedule, but there will be a 1 week time limitation on the consultation offer to secure your appointment. We offer one reschedule for all appointments before they expire. Consultation requests after the initial time period or due to no shows will not be honored, and we limit 1 consultation offer per potential client. If you decide not to more forward within the week we gave you, then your coaching session offer will permanently expire. We will not turn you away if you come back to us, but we can not offer you the same series of sessions with discounts and guarantees. We will charge an upfront fee for all the consultations in a package deal just like other coaches do.
